2. High-Powered Laser Disclaimer

Some components (such as laser diodes or power drivers) sold by Mainely Lasers can be used to build high-powered laser systems which may pose serious injury, fire, or legal risk.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree:

- You understand the hazards of laser radiation, including the risks of eye injury, skin burns, or fire
- You will use appropriate laser safety goggles when handling any powered laser devices
- You will not operate or construct a laser above 5 milliwatts output for pointing or demonstration purposes unless it complies with all relevant FDA safety standards and includes proper labeling and safety features
