PLT 450B Laser Diode Module
Description
Osram (ams OSRAM) PLT5 450B single-mode blue laser diode press-fit into a standard 12 mm aluminum module body with 25 mm aluminum rear heatsink/backplate. Diode pins have leads soldered for direct driver connection. Equipped with an acrylic collimating lens retained by a spring.
